Important Recall Information
To identify if your above-ground pool is affected by the recall, please complete the steps below. If your pool is affected, you will be able to proceed with submitting your registration.
Step 1: Confirm pool height
Check your pool height (48 inches or taller), if you have not already done so.
Step 2: Confirm compression strap is on the outside of the pool support poles
If you’ve confirmed your pool is 48 inches or taller, look to see whether a compression strap is running outside the pool support poles (as shown in the “Recalled” image below).

Step 3: Identify your pool liner SKU number
If you believe your pool is 48 inches or taller and has a compression strap running outside the pool support poles, or if you aren’t sure, locate your pool liner SKU number. The pool liner SKU number is printed directly on the pool liner, located near the drain valve UNDER the Serial Number.
Step 4: Confirm if your pool model is affected by the recall
Enter your pool liner SKU number in the text box below, then click the “Check Product” button.
If your pool model is affected by the recall, a new button will appear for you to continue through the registration process.
If your pool model is NOT affected by the recall, a message will appear notifying you of this, and you can exit this page.
Step 5: Complete and submit registration
Proceed to the registration page to provide the information needed to receive a free repair kit.
Your Pool Liner SKU Number is located near the drain valve UNDER the Serial Number.
